We had some knowledge with regard to the product, but after speaking with Charlie , I can honestly say we can now make a confident decision about our insert. Charlie is professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain all of the options available to us and answer any and all questions we had. Overall one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. We will be back to purchase our insert from Charlie.
