I'm Carol, Jim's other half ....and I just purchased a dress for my step son's wedding and Marge assisted me in finding the perfect dress. I purchased my wedding gown 32 years ago a at Bridal Paradise now Paradise Bridals. I believe that Marge was involved in my first purchase 32 years ago and I had a very positive experience at that time from choosing my wedding gown right on through the alteration process. I felt very comfortable trying the dresses on today with Marge there every step of the way to help me decide which dress flattered me most. When I found it we were both very pleased. Marge spent at least 1 full hour with me and I just walked in off the street. I feel confident that when my dress arrives and alterations are performed it will be just as I envisioned. They have a beautiful salon as well. Thank you for a great experience Paradise Bridals and Marge!

This is by far the worst bridal salon I have ever worked with or been to. They ordered my dress in the wrong size and it waited for me in the salon for over a year. I almost bought a dress somewhere else just to stop dealing with them a week before the wedding. They waited until a week before my wedding to order the dress I needed and got it in the wrong size and needed to do a lot of altering. They said they would bustle the dress for free but only did half the bustle, leaving my injured mom to complete it with safety pins. The dress cost 2,000 dollars. There is no excuse for this kind of shotty workmanship. You won't get what you pay for and will have a lot of headaches trying to deal with their deceptions. If you find a dress you like, buy it somewhere else. It's not worth the stress from dealing with this barn of an establishment.
