  My wife and I have purchased several appliances over the past 10 years at the PC Richards Patchogue store. Sales person Jimmy Schute has always been more than knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to help us decide what our needs are without "steering" us toward one particular product or brand. On the rare occasion we had an issue after purchase he made sure the issue was resolved and that we were satisfied. We have also been impressed with the PC Richards extended warranty and service department. On the rare occasion we have had to call them they have been responsive and efficient. We would recommend PC Richards and Jimmy without hesitation.
