  Best experience I ever had at an att store, very helpful and friendly, specially person who helped us name chris, very kind and explained all details. Will recommend this store to everyone.

  My wife and I went to the store this afternoon to activate a new phone and purchase /activate another. Upon entering we were not greeted by the employee for almost 20 minutes. Being the only person on staff I can understand being busy with two other customers but we did not feel welcome. For 45 minutes we stood around while two other people walked in and left. After finishing with one customer we were told to have a seat. He then proceeded to help the other customer without another word said to us other than "5 minutes" 15 minutes later. After spending an hour in the store and basically being ignoring we got up and left and weren't even addressed as we walked out. we drove down the road the the Farmingville at&t store and were helped immediately. This was by far the worst customer service interaction I've experienced in years. We will never go here again.

  Worst store to goto on the island, and I don't feel bad now that a lot more people feel the same way I went in here to switch to prepaid to get a cheaper plan the guy told me it will cost more to switch and he made up some bs story about it.
